College Road is a modern building in the heart of Croydon, London designed by TIDE Construction, minutes away from Croyden College and East Croydon Station. It is home to meticulously-designed apartments.
At 163m, the co-living tower is the tallest volumetric building in Europe, overtaking its neighbour Ten Degrees. It is also in the vanguard of 21st-century community creation, as possibly the largest co-living development in the world. Its mix of studios and one-bedroom apartments has been carefully designed to make sure each home offers a place of retreat and privacy.
College Road is a one minute community, successful co-living community depends on easy access to all communal facilities. At College Road, Tide has modelled the journeys to catering facilities near the ground and top levels of the towers, calculating that the average travel time for residents is about one minute
We were approached by our client to provide a keyless solution for the residents to receive safely their mail in the residence mail room. After discussion with the architects, we came up with a solution that was integrating both DigiLock and mailboxes.
