DAD UK
Part of the Decayeux Group, DAD UK was established in 1996 following continued success within the UK market whilst being serviced from France. The decision was made to open a sales office in the South East to look after the UK, Ireland, Channel Islands and other English speaking countries. Today, we are the leading distributor of mailboxes in the UK with sole distribution of Brabantia products and we are the UK’s first and only manufacturer of a Certified Secured by Design Post box, the DAD009. Most recently, we have launched an executive range of designer steel security doors under the brand Decayeux Security.
A family business
Founded in 1872 by brothers Antoine and Désiré, the Decayeux group was created to develop their name within the locksmith industry. Today, it is still a family run business now in its sixth generation with brothers Stéphane and Antoine Decayeux continuing the legacy and developing the company through acquisition and innovation, just as their parents had done before them. Our passion, innovation, creativity and drive has lead us to become the leading European manufacturer of mailboxes and we continue to grow and expand our markets including the manufacturing of designer steel high security doors.
Eco friendly manufacturer
As a modern day manufacturer, we care for the environment. This is why our factories use 100% of renewable energies and optimise the manufacturing process to produce 0% of C02. We only use recyclable powder coating and continuously develop exclusive techniques, such as the AAC (suppressing the act of soldering) for a method of metalwork fastening which is not only good for the product but also for the environment. To us, respecting the environment and quality research have the same approach.
