Project description
The Residence at Nine Elms is a luxurious development of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments on London’s South Bank, near the New Covent Garden Market. Part of the major transformation of this ex-industrial area, these new homes will enjoy picturesque views over the River Thames, or surrounding piazzas, parks and public spaces.
Internally, the apartments will feature contemporary design and an exceptional specification. Residents will also have the luxury of an on-site gym, cinema room, private function room a concierge service, and naturally our stunning bank of mailboxes.
We were approached by Bellway Homes to provide the mailboxes that would match the architect design requirement. We created a bespoke model that would sit flush within a leather lined wall. All to be finish in an antique brass effect that matched other components of the lobby. The result is stunning, providing the Residence a high quality post room area that sits beautifully alongside all the other high spec elements of this project.
