London East Village

Project description

East Village is an area of East London that was originally designed and constructed as the Athletes Village for the London 2012 Olympic Games and has now been converted for use as a new residential district. DAD UK created more than 3,000 letterboxes for this project.

For this deveopment, and the protection of the athletes, it was imperative that a solution from our fire rated range of letterboxes was chosen. With a combination of wall mounted and recessed letterboxes into the walls of each lobby, we were able to colour coordinate with each buildings colour scheme, the end results are a sleek and modern touch.
