Project description

Located in Old Trafford, a world-famous urban centre benefiting from an array of amenities and the greenery of numerous public parks, making the area a desirable residential suburb for young families, professionals and students alike. Located within a highly accessible location in close proximity to Metrolink services, Manchester City Centre, Media City and the University Quarter.

Insignia is located in the centre of the Trafford Civic Quarter masterplan seeking to transform the area in to one of the city’s most desirable mixed-use neighbourhoods accommodating residential, commercial and leisure uses alongside the world renowned established sporting institutions. The plans include a pedestrianised “processional route” between the nearby Metrolink station and Manchester United’s stadium and a proposed “wellbeing route” along Talbot Road which includes a multi-modal route featuring shared surfaces for vehicles, a cycle lane, and a running track.

We were asked to provide a modern looking parcel locker solution for the young professional residents and their family. A perfect integration within a brand new  Smart Building of Manchester.
