Bollo Lane W4 is a modern building in the heart of West London designed by PRP Architects, minutes away from Chiswick Park and Acton Stations. It is home to meticulously-designed apartments that maximise natural daylight and combine our signature space-saving features with our love of sociable spaces.

Standing 13 storeys tall, it’s no surprise Bollo Lane W4 has stunning vistas – the unobstructed views stretch as far as Waterloo and Canary Wharf. It has 112 homes, of which 84 are one bedroom discounted Pocket homes.

Park life is on its doorstep with numerous green spaces a short walk away, such as Gunnersbury Park and Chiswick Common.

The homes here are all have floor-to-ceiling windows, and some feature terraces or balconies. By far the best – and most sociable – spot to take in London’s unique cityscape, however, is on either of the two spacious, landscaped roof terraces.

Bollo Lane W4 is adjacent to Chiswick Business Park with all its amenities and only a short stroll away from Chiswick, a quintessential London neighbourhood offering café culture and fine dining.

We were approached by our client to provide a future proof solution for the residents to receive safely their online shopping in residence lobby. After discussion with the architects, we came up with a solution that was integrating both parcel lockers and mailboxes. One of the first of its kind in London.
