This new comprehensive smart home solution from DECAYEUX comprises a resident and property manager app in which neighbours can interact and discover the latest news in their area, a digital notice board, and our popular electronic parcel lockers MySmartBox. All these services and innovations are synchronised and controlled by Property Managers via our user-friendly backoffice. Also included is MyRingBell, a QR-activated device which allows for remote access to the building. Letterboxes can also be equipped with MyTag, an energy efficient digital nameplate.
